What is going on?

Hi! My name is Jessica. I am a creator. I like to share, thoughts, ideas, crafts, digital downloads, channeled messages and anything else that tickles my fancy.

For this post, I want to talk about an experience I had in the fall of 2018 and give you 7 tips/ideas that may help you, if you find yourself going through the same type of thing. Please do not misinterpret my thoughts as medical advice, I am not a doctor. Thank you for understanding.

In the fall of 2018, I became very ill, but I was not sick, let me explain. I was very tired, I felt depressed, my life was amazing, but I did not feel like it was.

My skin had sores all over and they took months to heal.

My menstrual cycle was random, and I was having PMS symptoms that would last a whole month, have missed or delayed periods.  Sometimes I would get about a week break and then it would start all over again. I thought I was dying.

I went to two doctors. My general practitioner and my OBGYN. They both worked together, and we ended up doing a full blood work panel on me. We were all thinking it was either pre-menopause or thyroid problems, they checked everything. Every single test showed that I was completely healthy, nothing was wrong.

Obviously, something was going on. It took me 4 months of suffering to finally start utilizing some of the tools I am going to share with you, in just a moment.

To make a long story short, I came to learn that everything “wrong” with me was a result of a massive energy block caused by my thoughts and emotions.  The good news is that there are several ways to get through this energy block quickly.

The bad news is if you do not clear this blockage it will eventually get worse, to the point where it will manifest into a real physical problem.

Below, I have compiled 7 tips that I think will help you start feeling better faster and help you clear these energy blocks.

 

Meditation

NUMBER 1 – MEDITATION

If there is only one thing that you try from this list, it needs to be mediation. The energy blockage is caused by the thoughts you are thinking and the negative emotion you are feeling.  Basically, the way I see it when you meditate you are freeing your body from your mind. When you learn this skill you will be able to direct your thoughts and give your body a break so it can heal.

There are many types of meditation. I highly recommend you find one that works for you.  I like mindfulness meditations, rampages of gratitude and breathwork just to name a few.  I used to think that you needed to practice for decades like monks to learn how to meditate.  I had a belief that it was something hard to do, I became aware of this during meditation.

I find myself practicing my mindfulness meditation throughout my day, as a result, I feel better and the biggest change has been my inner peace being projected on the outside world. It is really an amazing transformation to witness.

NUMBER 2 – ESSENTIAL OILS

Essential oils are amazing tools for helping move energy around.  Each essential oil carries a resonating frequency. These frequencies can influence our frequency. There are so many different essential oils that can help, it will basically boil down to what works for you. We are all unique, so I am certain that there is a unique combination just for you. For me, my go-to oils are rosemary, a grounding blend, grapefruit, and frankincense.

If you are new to essential oils one of the first things that will happen when you start using them regularly is an emotional lease. Things that had bothered you in the past that you buried or dismissed will be brought up to be released and healed.  You may think that something is wrong with you for feeling the way you do, there is nothing wrong. Thank the emotions for coming up to be healed and acknowledge and praise yourself for doing some deep inner work for your better good. When these come up it is a blessing and a time of celebration.

Being outside in nature is very therapeutic. Reflect on how grateful you are to be able to touch, see, hear, and smell nature. This does wonders for blocked energy. Also, working in the dirt, gardening, walking around in the grass or sand bare foot, are great ways to experience being outside.

 

NUMBER 3 – NATURE

NUMBER 4 – DIET AND EXERCISE

Diet and exercises are something we all know we should be doing. The problem comes from how we make our selves feel about the foods we are choosing to eat, more than the actual foods we are eating. Yes, we do need to take care of our bodies and eat foods that make us feel good, drink plenty of water and move our bones. But we also need to stop feeling guilty when we eat something that we have labeled as being bad.

NUMBER 5 – ENERGY HEALER

What better way is there to improve an energy blockage then by visiting an energy healer.  There are many types of healers, find one that works for you. I found that Reiki and massage help immensely. The ones I have visited used essential oils and crystals to move energy around and balance out the body.

NUMBER 6 – AFFIRMATIONS

Affirmations are amazing at clearing blocked energy caused by thoughts and emotions. I find that doing affirmations at the beginning of my meditation does two things 1) It raises my physical vibration 2) It allows me to calm my mind faster.

The problem with affirmations for most people is that they do not believe the things they are trying to affirm. I have found that building an affirmation ladder helps anchor the affirmation into a belief.

An affirmation ladder is something I created to build a bridge from where I was in my beliefs to where I wanted to be.  It does not help you to affirm that you are rich and famous if you do not believe that you are. Build yourself up to it, build a ladder. Before you know it you will come to realize that you have been rich and famous the whole time.

This is a very simple task that you can do with all your affirmations. Soon, you will find that it is just quicker and simpler to just believe and know the truth of your affirmations than it is to find the excuses you created to invalidate them.

 

NUMBER 7 – PLANT MEDICINE

Plant medicine such as marijuana, mushrooms, ayahuasca, and others, alter the mind in such a way that if done correctly can be very therapeutic.  I recommend if you are going to try plant medicine to do it with a purpose and a guide/shaman.  They can guide you through experience in such a way that you can clear away old beliefs and thoughts that caused the problem in the first place.
